Foreign payment orders


For all inflows from abroad we are sending you a notification on the same business day via Asseco office e-banking platform. After that, you need to return the fulfilled and certified notification to us via the same digital channel. The deadline for submitting the schedule is 10 days from the notification date. After the expiration of that period, the inflow will be returned to the ordering bank.

This solution is fit for the operation of both small enterprises and large business systems. It is intended for users who use the e-B@nking application independently or together with another solution.

Multibank offline application (one card for several banks) is intended for clients who already use the Halcom application for operations with accounts of another bank (with a smart card) and also for new users (clients who do not possess a smart card and application).

Along with domestic payments you can also execute foreign exchange payments. Users of Prima Exclusive package pay a 50% lower price than the standard one as long as they actively use the account within this package.

If you choose a qualified digital certificate, along with activities related to e-Banking you will be able to communicate with the Tax Administration, NBS and e-Government services by electronic means, and perform duties related to health and social insurance.

Users can create and send orders at any time during the day.

We urge users to pay attention to the transaction working hours prescribed by NBS, which all banks must respect in transactions, as must users if they wish their orders be realized the same day.

Order Acceptance Time

Working days

External orders:

  • Orders for clearing (creditor account – recipient account not with Eurobank Direktna) accepted by 5.25 p.m. will be realized the same day
  • RTGS orders (labelled as URGENT) accepted by 5.25 p.m. will be realized the same day.

Internal orders:

  • Orders where both accounts (ordering party (debited) account and receiving (credited) account) are with Eurobank Direktna, i.e. account numbers starting with 250, accepted by 7.00 p.m. will be realized the same day.

Saturdays

All orders in domestic transactions accepted on Saturday will be realized on Monday.

There are no transactions on Sundays.

Of course, you can create and send orders with a future value date at any time of the day.
