How to activate mbanking services
Application is available for Android, IOS and Windows Mobile phone users.

In order to register for Eurobank Mobile banking service, it is necessary to fill out the Registration form form in any of our branches throughout Serbia. Activation and usage of the service is free or charge ( no cost for maintenance and service activation).

During the mbanking services activation, while you are still at our branch, you will receive a PIN mailer envelope, and a welcome SMS at a mobile number that you have stated at the registration form. All you have to do next is to download our app. “Eurobank Srbija m-B@nking” from Play Store/App Store/Windows Store, depending on type of operating system of your device and then enter activation code and set new password, known only to you, which you will use for login from then on.

Security of our customers is our first priority during application development. Eurobank m-B@nking app. is designed never to store any of your financial data or passwords on your device. The passwords you use for login in and making transactions are delivered to you with PIN mailer (same as for credit cards) ensuring that no one, except you can access them.

You can create domestic payment orders only from one device at the time, to ensure that misssuse of application is not possible. In addition, you can send the conformation of any transaction you make to your personal mail.
